Titans Beat WVC In Final Tournament Match
WENATCHEE, Wash. — Tacoma defeated Wenatchee Valley 3-1 final day of the Big Bend Wenatchee Valley Quad Tournament on Wednesday, with Tacoma's offense securing 50 kills and 14 service aces.
Emilia Linden led Tacoma with 11 kills and five aces, amassing a total of 17 points. Mykah Curtis contributed significantly with 15 kills and 16 digs, finishing with 18 points. Kylee Harris facilitated the offense with 41 assists, while Mircea Campos anchored the defense with 21 digs.
The Wenatchee Valley volleyball team featured several standout athletes. Marley Rains was instrumental in the team's performance, contributing significantly to the team's defensive efforts. Madison Maxwell showcased her versatility by consistently supporting both offensive and defensive plays. Lacie Cooke played a crucial role with her strategic serves and assists, enhancing the team's offensive capabilities.
