Men's Basketball (1981-82)

• Named All-Western Region in 1981-82  1
• 1982 NWAACC Championship
• Played at Western Oregon where he was a two-time team captain and team MVP earning  1^st Team All District, and NAIA All-American honors
• Invited to the Portland Trailblazer Camp as a free agent

 
Coach Shaw has coached in the NCAA Tournament 12 times with 5 different schools ( Oregon St., Portland, Oklahoma & Washington ) in 4 different conferences.  He has also coached in six Sweet16’s, two Elite 8’s and 2002 Final Four while at Oklahoma
