Taylor Colvill

Taylor came to Tacoma Community College in 2021 as the Program Specialist and Women’s Commissioner. In 2022, she was elected to serve as the West Region Commissioner Secretary.  

Taylor grew up in Aberdeen, WA in a family of public educators. She attended Grays Harbor College as a Running Start student. She went on to Western Washington University and earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Recreation and Communication. While at WWU, she coached the Bellingham School District’s high school diving teams. In her final year, she coached the girls and boys WIAA state champions. Taylor then graduated from the University of San Francisco with her Master of Arts in Sport Management. During her time at USF, she interned for the UC Berkeley Cal Bears in game day management and Olympic sports operations. 

Taylor enjoys both athletics and the arts. She performs in local community theater and sings with the TCC Chamber Choir. Taylor and her husband, Austin, are avid golfers and rugby fans!
