Bio

Chase Methany serves as the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the baseball program at Tacoma Community College, a role he assumed in Fall 2024. In this capacity, Chase is integral to the team's success, focusing on running the offense, coaching third base, and developing the infielders.

Before joining Tacoma Community College, Chase was an accomplished player with a notable collegiate baseball career. He spent two years at Lower Columbia College, where he contributed to winning two NWAC titles. He later transferred to the University of South Carolina Upstate, where he was part of a team that secured over 100 wins during his tenure.

Chase holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate and an Associate of Arts from Lower Columbia College.

Chase enjoys spending time his fiancée, Brianna, and their Chesapeake Bay retriever. He is originally from Bremerton, WA.
